I am using a SF update event to push subscriber(Account object) into a Journey. I have picked the values I want to use as personalization in the emails in my entry source data. However how do I use these values in the email? Using them between %% %% is not working. The values are showin in JB as Object__r:Account__c:Id. Should I be using this value instead?

HI Nikhil, you need to make sure that you edit the Email in Content Builder and link the personalisation to the Data Extension named in your Entry Source:

(2. c. Use (icon) to add personalisation) - Choose New Data Extension. You then just put your mouse where you want the AMPScript inserting and click on the Attribute from your Data Extension that you need.
