Flagging/tagging cold accounts in Salesforce?

I'm in the process of adding all of our accounts into SF. I'd like to add those that we have deemed as cold accounts just to have them noted somewhere, but want to flag it so it easily/visibly shows when someone is reviewing accounts in SF that we should not proceed w this account. how can i do this? thank you!

    Hi Jennifer

     

    there is a standard field named Rating, this field is a picklist field with options Cold,Warm and Hot.

     

    you can use this field to tag Accounts which are Cold
