I know this has already been posted as a question here  at the link below, but there is no answer that answers the question.

When something gets uploaded as an "Attachment" in classic in the opportunity object, that attachment gets put into the Account's "Notes and Attachments" automatically. When you upload as a "File" in Lightning, the "File" does not get sent to the related Account's "Notes and Attachments", which is a big problem we are having.

 

Has anybody found a way around this?
