Partner Community licenses sending email

Is it possible to let our Partner Community users send email to our customers through Salesforce? In particular, it would be great if they could use the New Email button on the Activity History related list, but really any way to allow them to send email would be very helpful.

    Thanks, I didn't know about it, but that box was already checked, so it must be something else. The issue I'm running into is that when a member of our Partner Community clicks the New Email button the Activity History related list, they are brought to an error webpage stating "[My Community's Url] is under construction."
