With the import wizard, I'd like to upload contacts and as well asign a contact owner or account owner at the same time. Is that possible?
Otherwise all contacts that I will bulk upload have myself as owner and thats not suitable.
It would mean that I still need manual editing and change the owner of each record that was uploaded.

You would be needing to get the user id's from Salesforce. You could run a user report to retrieve the id's.
