How can I report on topics on opportunities?

I'd like to know if its possible and how it's done to report on topics attached/mention on an opportunity feed.

I thought we could use the feature topic to mark that there is something special going on on that oppty.

For example if we are doing a POC on that oppty, we would comment and add topic POC.

Then I'd like to pull a report that will include all opportunity with the topic POC added.

I've already tried by creating custom report type but I wasn't able to get the filter function "topic".

Is this possible?

Or what would be another idea to achieve that?
