Problem with Import Data Unit Challenge

The Data Import Wizard module does not allow me to download the Challenge file as a .CSV; instead, it's just text. Any thoughts? https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/modules/lex_implementation_data_management/lex_implementation_data_import
