User Not Able To Access Report Even Though They Have Access To Report Folder

Hi 

 

A user of mine has access to a folder where the report is located, but the user is still getting an insufficient privileges access. 

 

Hoping you guys can help.

    Do they also have Read access to the underlying object(s) and fields themselves?
