@Praveen: You can use the Feed Item Object. Check this link  https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.chatterapi.meta/chatterapi/connect_responses_feed_item.htm . But I think it isn't available for Workflows. Can you check for Process Builder once?
