A user has come to me regarding the attached error msg he's getting on the Dashboard page for Salesforce1 app. He said when he logs on he gets this msg, then he clsoes the msg and it starts normally/doesn't interrupt anything. It's randomly just coming up today.
What could this be? He's in the South Island.

Unexpected errors like those are never supposed to be seen by users. If this continues, I suggest you log a Salesforce Support Case and provide the number and the steps that cause it. They should be able to get you more details about what is happening behind the scenes.
