
We have Professional edition, and over the past week or two one (just one) of our users has been having troubles with the Salesforce1 app for iPhone. She opens the app and it returns a blank blue screen. Sometimes the loading icon is processing bu nothing ever happens, other times nothing is loading and it sitll doesn't do anything. It doesn't give her a login option or nothing. She's uninstalled the app and reinstalled from the app store, and turned the phone off and on. I checked and there're no IOS updates she needs, and also it's a fairly new phone. This happens when she's out on the road on our network, in the office, and also at home. This hasn't happened before...
She also mentioned she tried to use the app on her tabet at the same time but that shouldn't be it...?

I'm experiencing the same issue. So bizzare. Seems like it is mostly a device issue but still investigating... Check out this video below of my issue.
