How do I create a field to show the # of "top" contacts for an account? I need to display this in a field, so I can then create an icon field to flag accounts with too many "top" contacts. Any ideas?

    You can't do that without programming (you would need to implement code in contact' apex trigger).

     

    Alternatively you can create a report that would show accounts with too many top accounts and schedule it to users. So they'll get info that way...
