Opportunity, Action Custom Button "New Loan Note"
I have an custom action button that lives on the Opportunity object this button creates a new record of a Custom Object called "Loan Notes"
It was created and working fine since 15/05/2017
The action still works in that it creates a new record "Loan Note"
However it has stopped creating the Chatter Feed Item on the Opportunity record.
Create Feed Item is Checked in the Custom Action.

Salesforce resolved the issue however it has stopped again
