Editing Picklists

Greetings. I am an Administrator of our SF install and I'm trying to edit a picklist. I go into Custom, Fields, and I pick Lead Source and it's a picklist field, but I don't have an option to edit anything. See attached. I looked through the help notes. It simply is not an option for me.  I'm guessing it should be there for me to click on and edit - but as you see, there isn't that option. I'm quite confident I have the access rights to do it. I just created some custom fields, so I doubt it's that. Thanks.

    Go to setup->Lead Object->Fields:

     

    You will get below screen,see instrutcions in red:

     

    Go to setup->Lead Object->Fields: You will get below screen,see instrutcions in red: Once cliccked on the field below screen will appear,just go tpicklist values secttion,you will have option to delet

     

    Once cliccked on the field below screen will appear,just go tpicklist values secttion,you will have option to delete/edit exisitng picklist values,and Add,Reorder,Replace Picklist values
