I would like to create a report that shows accounts with opportunities (donations) during the years of 2018 through 2019 AND no opportunities (donations) for 2020. Essentially, I'm hoping to create a report that will show potential donors for this year.
I imagine I could Frakenstein a joined report together or something similarly grotesque, ha, but I would like to do well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could do this with a Report Cross-Filter but you might want to just create a couple of simple Roll-Up Summary Fields on the Account that return the MIN (oldest) and MAX (newest) Opportunuity CloseDate, then use them in your Report Filter on nearly any standard opportunity report
