Simple question and i'm just wondering if there's a faster way to do this besides manually. I want all my lists throughout the Leads/prospects and contacts lists to have the exact same "fields to display". I'm wondering if there's a setting in the back end to change them all quicker? I don't want to have to manually go through each one! Thanks :)

I have gone through your question. To update all fields or select fields of the leads/prospects and contact the best way is to use the data loader.
You can export all data from your org in CSV format. Also, you can perform operations like insert, update, upsert and delete on the bulk of data.
