I am looking forward to know below info regarding SurveyMonkey:

 

1.Any dependency on the Survery Monkey on platinum license?

 

2.Can we automate any survey to be send from SurveyMonkey based on a field value change in Salesforce? Wil those fields be related to any object or set of sepcific objects? Can it be a custom field?

 

3.Can we have a button on any object (account, case, custom object) to trigger a survey to be send?

 

4.When a survey is send will an activity be written against the object? against which object?

 

5.Is it possible to get the survey monkey response back into Salesforce such as below:

 

Has the customer open the survey email?

 

Has the person completed the survery?

 

6. Can surveys be recorded against contacts only?

 

7. I need to associate survey to business and person accounts both. Is this possible? What would be the difference? Please send me any material or info you have.
