I am planning to give sales force admin 201 exams, I am learning on my own. I have used Remedy and other ticketing systems and I am good about all the database structure how it works. I do have a printout salesforce_creating_on_demand_apps.pdf as well as a sales force for dummies. Any suggestion greatly appreciated.
