Is there anyway of trackng when a link is clicked from within an email being sent from salesforce apart from using pardot ?

Thanks for replying ! i already have the email tracking switched on in Salesoforce to tell me when an email has been opened and last opened. i was more looking for if there is an imbedded URL within the email template that we can capture / identify if that has been clicked in the email.
