How do I config what appears when a user searches for Salesforce Records in Microsoft Outlook?

    Thanks for the reply and apologies for not being clear.

     

    I know user can only view what they have access to...I want to change the fields when they do a search in the side bar.  What controls the areas that I have highlighted in the attached screenshot.
