Is it possible to have events auto populate the Description Field?

Internal and External Sales Team - Internal calls a contact a creates an event then assigns to the external salesperson to meet with the contact.  Is it possible to automatically populate the Contact Information in the description of the event?

    No, not without custom code. Workflow rules do not support a field update on Description that can include Contact level details. You will have to resort to the Name field's lookup relationship to the Contact to reference any Contact details.
