Is there an inventory lag after 1st time access for Lyrica samples to show?

I set up my new view in my virtual inventory catalog but no Lyrica samples display.  Is there a lag time before your initial inventory levels will show?  Also, when is the end of ship cycle when current inventories will end and no longer be available?
