I am willing to start my career as salesforce administrator. but i have few queries, please guide me. I have 3 years experience in .net and Sql Server. I am working in support and maintenance project. One of our project got migrated from .net to salesforce. I did little adminstration part on that from there,I got an opportunity to learn about salesforce. I have a knowledge about salesforce (not deeply). I have created account in salesforce developer.I do practice there. Please guide me. what should I do to start my career as salesforce administrator.

Hello, I am planning to switch my career to becoming Salesforce ADM, mainly because of career stability and well paid career. I am based in Canada and looking for opportunities in Toronto. I heard abt SF from a friend. However, I am wondering if others can share their opinion as to how viable this career is and if I should pursue? I also believe there are a few good partners hiring SF ADM (Deloitte) and they require SF Advance Certification and Pardot ones too. My questions are: Do I need all those certifications to get a well-paid job? Anyone can list the top companies that Salesforce ADMs get paid well? What are the minimum and maximum range of salary one can expect as a newbie? If Toronto is a good place to pursue this career track? Please kindly share your experience and thoughts. Appreciate it.
