I am trying to enter a formula expression into a Flow.  The expression needs to limit the characters entered into the field to 5.  The fist half of the expression works NOT(LEN({!Zip_Code1}) >= 6) I cannot get the nd part for a value <5

Here you go: LEN({!Zip_Code}) == 5   In Flows, the Formulas show say/depict what is the  Desired Output . Not the  Error Condition  like you do in VRs!

Forgot a paren:   LEN({!Zip_Code1}) < 6
