Custom links to external websites in consoles?

In consoles, can you add custom links to external websites that open in new browser windows like you can in Classic?

Thank you for the response. The problem with this solution is that it opens the links inside of Salesforce. If the website you are using does not allow opeining in another application, it will not work. I am specifically looking to open the links in either a new browser or a new browser tab.
