I am using the Group edition of SFDC.
I have installed Virtual Response for Group Edition and have gone through all the steps to add the objects VR Email History Lead and VR Email History Contact to thier respective pages. I have also added the suggested fields to each object.
I created an e-mail list using VR's query tool that selected a certain lead (myself for testing purposes). I sent a mass e-mail to the list.
I can see that VR Statistics is updating for the campaign and the activity history for the lead record on the mailing list was also updated.
However, the VR Email History Lead Object does not seem to be updating. I have tried to "Update Statistics" several times. I get an e-mail confirmation that the update is complete, but the VR Email History Lead Objects still does not update.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
