I have seen this answer before but I can't seem to refind what I read prior. I am looking for a workflow rule to update the contact address and phone number if that information changes on the account.
Can someone point me to the right direction?

You might want to try a trigger instead. An account can have multiple contacts so its not possible to define a workflow to update all the contacts. You will have to write a trigger to synch all your contacts' addresses.
