Is anyone using the MYOB Connector for Salesforce in the Appexchange?

The version in the Appexchange ( https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B5Y8IEAV ) is for MYOB Accountright Live and it states in the Details that they also have a connector for AccountRight Plus v19 but not where to get it. I haven't been able to contact the provider by phone or email so I'm wondering if anyone knows where to get it and if it's free as well.
