Sara Monksfield (RSC) ha fatto una domanda in #Data Management
Using opportunities and assets, we grant access to a membership scheme, which runs for one year. There are 4 different tiers to this scheme, Micro, Small, Med & Aff.  I have RUS fields that look at the asset and another field that looks at the asset expiry date, to show if the customer has a current asset and of which tier.  So there is a field updated by field updates that reads either Micro, Small, Med or Aff.

Now I have been asked to produce a report to show how many customers of each tier that we had in January, how many we had in February, how many in March etc, so they can compare month on month.

It's easy on a spreadsheet as you can just save the data and add to it the following month, but how on earth am I going to achieve this on a SF graph?  Is it even possible?  I just cannot think of a way to do it, can anyone help me out please?
