Automate moving all activities and attachments from contact to account, then deleting contact

I need to do a data tidying exercise and want  to delete contacts that have had no interaction since 2013.  However, if any emails or files are attached to the contact, I want them to be moved to the account record.  Is this something I can achieve with process and flow?  

 

I was thinking of a 'Delete this contact' checkbox, that when ticked triggered the process and flow that looked for attachments, activities

    Hi Sara,

     

    You could do this using Flow and Process Builder or Trigger but since this a one time activity, I would use Data Loader to transfer the activities and Attachments as it is a one off exercise.once evrything is moved to account, delete the contact records.
