I'm interested becoming more proficient in running reports and/or building dashboards as my role at work has recently changed to include sales and operations. What's the best getting-started-with-SF instructor led course?

    Hello Scott,

     

    Please visit our Help & Training section of the Community, click on Take Training, and then sort available training by Instructor led course for your area and other criteria.  Each course description and available dates can be found by clicking on the plus sign next to the course name.  A course you may want to consider is Implementing an Analytics Strategy.  

     

    Also there is a wealth of training material in the Help & Training section in form of documentation and videos.  To get you started I have included links:
