I'm trying to set a percentage based on forecast category and get a syntax error

I'm trying to set a percent value based on forecast category.  I keep getting a syntax error on the following statement:

 

if (Forecast_Category__c) = "Pipeline", 0.10, 0.0)

 

The syntax error is that I have an extra "," and the one it points to is just after the "Pipeline" test.

 

Pulling what's left of my hair out, what am I not getting here?
