attaching a PDF to a quote template

Is it possible to attach a PDF document (our terms and conditions of sale) to my quote template so it automatically gets sent with the quote to our customers

    Hi Sandra,

     

    I had this question earlier today and there are basically two options

     

    1. As Amber says, adjust your Quote Template to include Terms and Conditions.  You can always have multiple templates as well if they vary

     

    2. When emailing the Quote out you can attach other files as well, but you have to choose them.
