Custom report with Realty Company name

I am trying to create a custom report to show all my Realtors by their Company. There is not a Company field in the drop down list to pick from. why is this? How do I get this report?

    I got what I needed using the Account Name field. There is NO COMPANY field in the fields section on the left. It took me forever to get this to work.
