Product Family picklist values

I changed the product family field to manufacturer in our Salesforce.  This is a picklist.  Is there a way to upload the values into the picklist without having to manually add the value one at a time?  All my product are in Salesforce with Product Family (Manufacturer in my case) but the picklist has no values or choices to choose from.

    Hi Debbie,

     

    To add values to this picklist, you'll need to go to Setup->Customize->Products->Fields, and choose the field "Product Family" that you renamed to "Manufacturer" . Once you are on the field edit page, there is a section called "Product Family Picklist Values", click "New" and add your selections to that text box, just type them in there, one value on each line... Like this:

    You can also copy and paste the values from another text application, as long as they are one per line.
