Hi There, I read here that I can record past meetings simply putting a past date, but, how can I record past meetings with multiple people, adding invitees without them receiving an e-mail? Thks!

    Hey Fabio,

     

    All you need to do is create a new event and when it asks you to add Contacts, add multiples by passing them from the Available (left side) to the Selected (right side). You can add up to 50 individuals

    If you don't have this option, you will need to enable it by doing the following:

     

    Setup > Customize > Activities > Activity Settings > Allow Users to Relate Multiple Contacts to Tasks and Events
