Additional Name fields for leads

For my leads I need to track more than one persons name.  I'm new to Salesforce and I can't seem to figure out how to combine additional first and last names so I can edit them like I can with the built in Name field.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    I created all three fields Exec1_First_Name, Exe1_Last_Name, Exe1_Name and set up the formula in Exe1_Name.  That worked but then when I tried to edit Exe1_Name on the lead page it would not let me. It required going back to the individual Exec1_First_Name, Exe1_Last_Name fields.

     

    What I want to do is be able to display the Exe1_Name field and then be able to click on it a box pops up with separate Exec1_First_Name, Exe1_Last_Name fields.

     

     

     

    Basically I want it to match the look and functionality that the default name field has in the leads tab.
