I have field ARR (Number Type) at opportunity line item which rollup at the opportunity.
We have a puchased app called Clari, which only use currency fields.
How do I change data type to currency, when I tried doing its say "reference in rollup field"
The field is used in all the reports and dashboard, so creating new field is not an option.

Hello Archana,
For this you have to take a bit risk because you can’t change the field type of a field that you reference in a roll-up summary field. Please see the steps below if this works for you:
Step 1: Delete Rollup summary field which is exist on Opportunity.
Step 2: Change data type of ARR field
For this you have to take minimal efforts because your ARR field is referencing all the reports and dashboards and I believe your Roll up Summary field on Opportunity is referencing in few places only.
