I recently enabled the Lightning experience for our organization and it was smooth for the first couple days, but we ran into some strange API related issues a few days in.  Our site essentially went down due to this, and now I'm very apprehensive about turning Lightning back on.  The constructor started failing with the below error message.  I confirmed there were no disruptions on either Salesforce's or our host's side, and our site came back up within a minute of disabling the Lightning experience.  Are there any required changes to API calls in order to allow them to continue functioning with the Lightning experience enabled?
