I'm using a 3rd party tool to download data from SalesForce to a local SQL DB and porcessing it further with Power BI. I'm downloading the
"Case" table and I'm facing the following issue:
If a case gets deleted by our Dispatch team, that case is still appearing in my BI reports and the IsDeleted field is False even for those deleted cases. Any idea how I can filter out the deleted cases?

I was planning to switch to Azure anyway, I will test it there and if the problem disappears, I will not spend more time on it. Thank you for your quick help!
