How to make custom field of type textbox as read-only for Admin profile layout

I have a created a custom field of type textbox and define the field level security and accessibility as "Read-only" for all the profiles I have in Salesforce.

 

This field appear as read only for all the profiles except "System Administrator". Although, I have setup this field as read only on administrator page layout but I am able to edit this field.

 

Please let me know how to make the custom field (textbox) as read only for all the profiles in Salesforce.

    Correct if you clone the Standard or create a custom. However, not available for Standard System Admin Profile.
