Can I link person accounts to Business Accounts

I am considering using person accounts because many of our leads are just individuals rather than individuals that work for a company. When the lead becomes a person account because they have met our criteria, can I associate them to a compant at that point or woudl I have to convert them to a contact that is associated to the business account?

    No you cannot change Person Accounts to Business Accounts or vice-versa. At the time of converstion, if the Company Name is not filled it would automatically convert to 'Person Account', if you have the 'Company Name' in the Lead filled in it will convert to 'Business Account'...
