None of my attachments are showing up in SF.  

 

The emails are dropping, but  not the attachement.

 

At the bottom of the Add Email it states Upload/Size/Filename/Parent/.

 

Usually the attachments will be listed below (invoices, spreadsheets, etc..)  They are never listed.

 

I need items to attach and it is imperative that i resolve this issue right away.  Not sure if something was clicked on, of if this just stopped working all of the sudden.  Pleaes help.

    There was a bug with one of the latest releases of Mac OS. Make sure to completely upgrade your browser, and possibly delete Maildrop and reinstall it.

     

    Unfortunately, it is an issue with the Mac OS, not Salesforce, and without the update Maildrop is not able to sync attachments.
