How do I get the call feature/icon on the lead records in my Salesforce1 app?

Question

When I open a Contact record in my Salesforce1 app, I have the ability to tap the phone icon and call that contact, or email, or map.

I would like to have that same functionalify on the Lead. Can I activate/set this up? If so, How?

You should be able to tap on the phone number itself in the phone field for lead, there is no icon for the lead page.
