How do I change my data type from Text(255) to Picklist?

My picklist for products was changed to Text and I need to switch it back.

Thanks Austin for the answer. I've hit another wall however. After clicking on the change field-type there are two radio button options: 1) None Selected 2) Lookup relationship. The None Selected radio button does not have the picklist option below. To be clear I want to change from Lookup To Picklist (not Text as previously stated).
