Is there a way to email directly from Salesforce and BCC the email code without having to copy and paste it into the BCC function every time?

Check out ContactMonkey - it's email tracking for Outlook. It automatically sends email to salesforce without you having to BCC. You can also use your Salesforce email templates right within Outlook. They have free trial http://www.contactmonkey.com/salesforce-for-outlook
