Donation form custom fields do not show up in salesforce

Hello all, I have created a form through the FAAS of Click and pledge and it collects data fine in salesforce but when I try to add custon fileds to the form nothing gets through to salesforce.

 

When I also look at the name if the fields I inserted in the donation form, they look nothing like the fields names that are under opportunities that we like to capture.

 

can anyone help in this dilemma?

    you will hav to see the proper mapping is done from the external form to the appropriate fields in SF
