mass changes in leads or contacts.

hi. Want to do a mass change, e.g. input in section notes, history or activities. Is there a easy way or only with an external tool. Thanks Peter

There are three ways of doing this:

1. Mass edit via inline editing in a list view

2. Dataloader.io
