I have a new customer who wants to install SFC on a MAC Notebook, Safari-Browser, Outook Mail, Android Samsung Galaxy Mobile Phone. Does that work with SFC? What about Mail-Integration? Thanks for some short hints.

Salesforce is at its core a cloud based browser platform and safari is supported, so no issue there. There are several apps available on Google Play. If the user has latest version Android OS 4.2 (Jelly Bean) or later they can use the new Salesforce 1 platform. Devices with Android OS 4.1 or earlier will receive Chatter Mobile 3.4 As far as Outlook integration goes there are several apps on the exchange that work with Mac Mail. The standard Salesforce for Outlook does not support OSX though. Here are some additional references you may find useful.
