reminder pop up box is no longer showing in order of the due date. Help!

My reminder pop up box is no longer sorted by the due date of the activity.  Is there a way that I can correct this so that my most current reminders are on top?

    One of my users started experiencing the same issue last week. Strangely, it seems to be isolated to this individual as I'm not expierencing the problem. There doesn't seem to be a settingthat controls the order so I'm not sure how to resolve the problem. Please help.
